Position Summary

The Kid’s Ministry Staff Member provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for

children participating in the Kids Ministry. This position is responsible for supervising children,

implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons, and supporting the ministry's mission and

values. Kid’s Ministry Staff Member reports directly to the Kid’s Ministry Director.

The North Campus Worship Director at Shadow Hills Church is responsible for leading, organizing, and structuring weekly worship gatherings at the North Campus. This role exists to cultivate Spirit-led and excellence-driven worship that serves the vision and mission of Shadow Hills Church while meeting the unique needs of the North Campus congregation.
