How to Recapture the Wonder of Christmas

When God speaks, respond with a yes.

“… God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a village in Galilee, to a virgin named Mary. She was engaged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendent of King David... Gabriel appeared to her and said, ‘Greetings you who are highly favored. The Lord is with you.” Luke 1:26-28

Saying “yes” means –

I don’t hold back and I don’t bargain.

In your life, trust God with the small stuff.

“In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world.” Luke 2:1

Give God full access to your life.

“… and she laid Him in the manger because there was no room for them in the inn.”Luke 2:7

No Room For Jesus Because Of:

Selfishness

Busyness

Fear

Making Room for Moments of Wonder:

Come and see for yourself!

“Let’s get over to Bethlehem as fast as we can and see for ourselves what God has revealed to us.” Luke 2:15 (Msg)

“Keep on asking, and you will be given what you ask for. Keep on looking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened.” Matthew 7:7 (NLT)

2. Come and worship Him!
